Pear Juice Concentrate

Pear juice concentrate is prepared entirely from whole sound pears. The unfermented juice from these pears is clarified (filtered) and concentrated. The concentrate contains

no additives, preservatives, flavourings or colorants of any kind.

Pear concentrate can be used to bring a fruity flavor in candies,         chocolates, and frozen snacks. The solution can also be used in place of processed sugars and artificial sweeteners. The juice usually comes in a light color, making it a versatile fruit concentrate. It can be added to oatmeal, breakfast cereals, and smoothies.

Apple juice concentrate is made by partially evaporating the filtered juice of fresh apples and then freezing the remainder. Many apple juice concentrates contain added vitamin C.

Apple juice concentrate is used for more than just making juice. In cooking and baking, a little apple juice concentrate goes a long way, adding full, fruity flavor—plus sweetness—to scone dough, pan sauces, or a root-vegetable mash. Because it’s a liquid ingredient, apple juice concentrate blends especially easily into a mixture.

Sweet potato juice concentrate is commercially processed from sweet potatoes and is orange in color. It is high in fiber, calcium, potassium, and Vitamin A. Sweet potato juice concentrate is a sweet, mild tasting and versatile vegetable ingredient that makes a great base for blended mixed fruit and vegetable juices, or as a high brix solids sweetener in dairy products. It is mainly used in dairy, confectionery goods, baked goods, beverages, and supplements.
